Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning (MBSC) in Boston is one of the most respected performance training facilities in the world. It's where professional athletes, D1 college athletes, and Olympic competitors train — and where the methods that define modern strength and conditioning were developed.

Coach Adam Oliver trained directly at MBSC alongside coaches who work with professional and D1 athletes every day. That experience — watching how elite athletes are actually built, learning the systems behind the results — is the foundation of every training program at Charleston Strength Club.

Every program is built around what actually moves the needle for athletes — not what looks impressive on social media. Small groups of 3–5 athletes get individualized coaching inside a team environment.

Mechanics-first sprint development. We fix how your athlete runs before we ask them to run faster. Acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction — tested and tracked weekly.

Coach Adam has trained professional hockey players in conventional gym settings and turned a public park in North Charleston into a high-performance training environment. The principles don't change. The sprint mechanics are the same. The jump progressions are the same. The results are the same.

When the community center is unavailable, the session moves. We train at local parks, open fields, or your home. No excuses. No cancelled sessions.
