Small group training — 3 to 5 people — for adults and youth. Sprint speed and vertical jump specialty coaching by a CSCS. Tuesdays at Miner Crosby, or we bring the session to a park or your home when the building is unavailable.
The Class
This isn't a spin class or a bootcamp. It's real strength and conditioning — programmed by a CSCS coach who spent years training professional hockey players. Every session is different, every session has a purpose.
