What toExpect.

This isn't a spin class or a bootcamp. It's real strength and conditioning — programmed by a CSCS coach who spent years training professional hockey players. Every session is different, every session has a purpose.

Warm-Up & Movement Prep
Every class starts with a structured warm-up to get you ready to train hard and move safely.

Strength Block
Compound lifts, progressions, and technique coaching. You'll get stronger every week.

Conditioning Finisher
A hard but achievable conditioning piece to finish the session and build your engine.

CSCS Coach on the Floor
Adam coaches every session. You get pro-level coaching at a fraction of personal training cost.

Whether you've never lifted before or you've been training for years, the class is coached to your level. Modifications always available.

In-season or off-season, group training builds strength and conditioning that carries over directly to your sport.

Never stepped in a gym? Good. Adam will teach you to move correctly from day one. No experience required, no judgment, ever.
